How we handle your data.

We do not sell your data, share it with marketing partners, or use it for any purpose outside running the program.

At BOCES partner locations

We share required attendance and assessment data with your BOCES coordinator under a signed Data Sharing Agreement (NY Ed Law 2-d compliant). This is the minimum data required for federal NRS reporting and workforce-development funding eligibility.

At direct-pay locations

We hold your account, enrollment, and progress data only as long as needed to deliver the program. Records are purged 90 days after cohort end unless you opt in to retention.

AI tools and student data

We do not enroll learners under 18 in any consumer AI account. All AI use is mediated through Build4tomorrow's organizational Anthropic API account or through vetted age-appropriate tools (Replit Education, GitHub Copilot Student, Cursor with parental consent).

Your rights

You can request export, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing ben@build4tomorrow.com. We respond within 30 days.
